Sharon Langevin currently serves as Product Manager at Medic Mobile, a nonprofit technology company that designs, builds, delivers, and supports open-source software for health workers and health systems – helping provide better care that reaches everyone. Previously, she worked at Worldreader, where she developed partnerships with NGOs and translated institutional learnings into practical guides for schools and libraries implementing e-reading programs. Prior to that, Sharon directed a mobile money project in Kenya with FrontlineSMS:Credit and served as a strategy consultant focused on Africa for IBM Corporate Technology. She also co-founded Better World by Design, a student-run conference focused on technology and design for social impact. Sharon holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Integrative Studies, focused on anthropology, development studies and economics, both from Brown University.
